Starks and Meyer were all caring and professional when I brought my male cat in on a Thursday night for a urinary blockage. Dr. Starks explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. The communication from this practice is outstanding. I especially liked the regular text updates about my cats condition. I highly recommend Urgent Pet Care!"

"I cannot say enough good things about this place. From my interaction with your front desk staff, the rooming nurses, to the doctors, I felt like my dog (Atreus) was in great hands. I appreciate Dr. Sharma going over the reasonings for her care plan and what we were worried about with the information we had. I was given frequent updates as my dog had to stay overnight. In addition, they welcomed questions and requests for updates. They worked collaboratively with me and our primary vet to make sure that Atreus' care was well rounded even after he was discharged. When he got to go home the front desk staff shared in my excitement and wished us well. Three days later they reached out for an update on Atreus. Thank you for all that you guys do! No one is coming to your office because of positive circumstances but you all alleviated so many of our anxieties!"
